Rolls-Royce unveils its Wraith Eagle VIII collection

Captain John Alcock and Lieutenant Arthur Brown braved the unexplored skies to cross the Atlantic non-stop in June 1919. In the time of Sir Henry Royce, Alcock and Brown flew non-stop from St. John’s to Clifden aboard a renovated bombardier from the First World War. The biplane was propelled with the help of two 20-litre 350 horsepower Rolls-Royce Eagle VIII engines.
